F S R C SCIENCE PROGRAM

The F S R C scientific program, 
in a sense , is built 
up by all participants. Accordingly, 
the process 
is quite long; usually the final program is 
available a month prior to the
 Conference date. 
At that time the program is 
emailed to all 
participants and nonparticipants 
interested in the Conference.
